The Resch Center Takes Pride in Assisting Guests With Limited Mobility And Other Special Needs
Where Do You Start?
1. Buy Your Tickets
Accessible seating is located on the third level-ADA west. If the west side becomes filled, ADA east will be used. Depending on the event, accessible seating may be available courtside, rinkside and on the floor.
If you and your companion need to sit in an ADA accessible area, you need to purchase tickets through the Ticket Star, in person, or by phone. Special needs tickets are not
available online.
For your convenience, The Resch Center Ticket Star location has wheelchair accessible windows. Ticket Star will utilize window #1 as the primary window and window #8 as the secondary window. These windows are clearly marked for your convenience.
2. Order Assistive Listening Devices
The Resch Center Ticket Star location has twenty assistive listening devices available. These devices are available on a check-out deposit system and can only be used when the Resch Center sound system is used for the event being held.
3. Bring Your Own Wheelchair From Home
We encourage our guests who require wheelchairs to bring their own. The wheelchairs we have on-hand are for emergency use only.
What Do You Do On The Event Day?
4. Plan Your Parking
Vehicles with a handicap issued permit or license plate will be allowed to park in the Gold Lot adjacent to the Resch Center and in front of ShopKo Hall/Brown County Arena. If additional parking is required, a portion of the Blue Lot has been reserved as well. Both lots are accessible from Packer Drive. If both the Gold and Blue Lots are filled, the attendant will instruct your driver to drop you off at the front of the facility and to park in Lambeau Field.
5. Enter The Designated Door
When entering the Resch Center an automated door is located on the far west side of the main entrance.
6. Use the Elevators
There is one elevator on each end of the Resch Center. Directional signage is located upper left and right as you enter the building. Our elevator attendants will provide assistance if needed. All guests with ADA level tickets will have first priority use before, during and after an event. During the event, when the elevator is not in use, it will be parked on the ADA level for easy assess.
7. Take Advantage Of the Ticket-Takers & Ushers There To Help You
Ticket-Takers will assist guests who use a wheelchair so they can avoid turnstiles. If you have an ADA event ticket, they will direct you to the nearest elevator. Ushers are available to assist you in any way they can so your experience will be rewarding. If you did not purchase a ticket for the ADA accessible areas and decide you now need an accommodation, relocation may be possible depending on the event. Please notify someone in Ticket Star or an usher and they will see if the floor plan and/or open seating allows for a change.
